Sailing information:
DFDS Seaways regret to advise the following departures are delayed by 45 minutes due to an earlier technical problem.
Exit Port Dunkrik 18:00
Exit Port Dover 20.00
We would request for all passengers to check-in at the port on time for their scheduled departure. All other departures are operating to schedule.
DFDS Seaways would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Port and check-in information:
Please note you are required to complete the check-in process from both ports a minimum of 45 minutes prior to the sailing departure. During busy periods please allow up to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Dover check-in
Customers will pass through Immigration and Port security before reaching the DFDS Seaways check-in.
- Dunkirk check in
Customers will pass through Port security before reaching the DFDS Seaways check-in, once check-in is completed customers will then continue through Immigration.
NOTE : When traveling with pets from Dunkerque you are required to check-in 60 minutes prior to departure to allow time for the pet procedures to be carried out.
