Standard fares on the Scotland - Belgium route are refundable and amendable in contrast with most offer fares.

Cancellations

Cancellation of standard fare bookings are subject to charges dependant on the period of time in advance of the sailing that the booking is cancelled:

Period of Time prior to Departure:

• Change up to 8 weeks prior to departure Zero charge
• 8 to 4 weeks prior to departure 25% of the total fare
• 4 to 2 weeks prior to departure 50% of the total fare
• Less than 2 weeks prior to departure 100% of the total fare
   

Amendments

Changes to the dates or times of travel are subject to availability and a pricing supplement if the booking is changed from a lower to a higher priced sailing.  Please note that an amendment fee will apply unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer. Changes to vehicle registration or names of those travelling are all free of charge.
